Great novel!!!
Reviewed at: Chapter 274: Cookies and Constructs
Great novel so far, the fights and leveling up are satisfying without being overly OP. Get ready good past the early development parts. Only thing I semi dislike is the pacing. It’s very slow compared to others in my opinion, which I hate since I want him to get stronger quickly lol.

A really well done work

If you like gamer style fanfiction this is absolutely a good one ! I admit that it took me a little while to accept the lack of stats and levels. This was my first fic where it's only the skills that are there and it made me uncomfortable in the beginning.
Well...obviously I gave it a chance and I don't regret it because the author is really doing great with his chosen game mechanic. It's got depths and is well thought out. You get caught up in it ^^.
The MC is probably a touch OP, which is often seen in game fic like this but I personnally like it like that so it's not off putting at all. And I like reading his thought, it's engaging and I got attached relatively quickly. I think that by the time he got to school I was in love :). I like his stubborness and hard working ethic. Some of his more stupid decision did ellicit a cringe or two, but we'll just say that he has some character flaws and call him human for it.
The main plot of the story is unfurling slowly but the journey is in itself really great. There's action and challenge aplenty and it's not boring at all ! This feel like the start of a very very very long journey. We shall see ^^.
And finally I have to say the posting of the story is regular and plentyfull in an impressive way u.u. That's an author with serious dedication to his story right there.
All in all, go read it 😀

Reviewed at: Chapter 109: Not Even A Challenge
This has been a very refreshing read. I like the way the skill system is set up to evolve skills as well as combine them. The early chapters are a little rough as far as telling versus showing but you can really see the author evolve as a writer. I would definitely recommend reading if you want to see a slightly more relaxed skill progression novel with mc focused on training his ass off.

Awesome

The synthesis of the main characters powers, his hard working nature and the authors simple but effective prose, makes this a great read. I'm excited to keep track of this story! Recommend for those of you who enjoy a hard working character and an Academy arc in the backdrop. Well Done

Lovely Tale

The Story flows smoothly with lots of thing allured to, but not reveled looking forward to how some of that will pan out.
Could maybe use a bit more fleshing out of the world but I am sure we will get to that in due time, cant have a "child" rushing around the wider world without the ages and power to make that work so School arch 1st =)

Good story, a bit to much plot armor but fun
Reviewed at: Chapter 233: Casual RIft Delving
I like it a lot. Fairly entretaining and the system is good.
I wish that not everything revolved around the MC, that the other sidecharacters had their own things going on, it would make the story better.
But although its sometimes a little bit to unserious, its pretty good. I also like that the MC is sociable, it often happens that they are loners, but in this case he works with others fairly often which is nice

Not sure what is going on with the review thing, max I could leave for last two was 4.5 then 4.0
anyway, loving the story so far. Pacing really feels like it picks up in the latest chapters. I feel like maybe a plot point was forgotten about but I posted that in a comment but will put in the spoiler below.
characters are reasonably diverse, though it does feel like some of the main group of friends don’t get much screen time, something for later perhaps.
love a training maniac, and this story certainly delivers I do wonder about the…
will be interesting to see what happens at the end of the year, how long can he keep all these secrets.
really good use of POV switching, always enjoy seeing the other perspectives.
keep up the good work!

1/2 Azarinth Healer
Reviewed at: Chapter 98: Odd Man Out
This story reminds me of Azarinth Healer to some extent. Both MCs are primarily magic pugilists, and the fighting scenes pack some really hardcore action! But PT sports a much younger protag, so there's also a bit of teenage angst (and an ongoing magic academy arc). The progression comes in spurts, and the MC isn't OP compared to the world setting. So it's a nice change of pace for me.

Highly generic
Reviewed at: Chapter 32: Making his Move
There's not much else to say about it. The MC has plot armor thicker than the planet's crust. Everything always works out for him somehow, even when he does what would by any measure be a stupid decision. The author tries to create tension, but it doesn't work because this is too predictable.

Great book storytelling is very good, and the characters in the book are likable. The open cliff in the book sure does keep it interesting and the way the power system is made seems to be well thought out and very thorough in my opinion great book I’m there every day at 2 waiting for the next chapter. Highly recommend if you like litrpg
